Fabrut - Defective piece

*st of all it is a smaller size but I thought I will keep it but when I checked it thoroughly it is defective. Also, I am trying to login but there is no website or no link even in my email id. No message is also there. I request you to kindly review my complaint and refund my whole amount. Thanks in advance.
