I have purchased Okinawa I praise on Apr ****.
Below was promised after purchase.
*. The vehicle can be controlled by your phone.
*. Battery will provide ***Km range
*. Battery charging time is * to * Hrs.
*. With my permission the luggage box was spited into two while replacing the battery.
*. The application will work after the vehicle is purchased.
But None of the above was not solved.
After much complaint there was no response.
After sale and service is not at all given from the Okinawa scooter.
If I am asking now they are telling it will get rectified and no solution.
Why these company are doing R & D after the sale of scooter.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
