Zuhriya instagram clothing - Didn t received the dupatta after paying

I ordered kurta and dupatta on *th Feb. Later I received the top but not the dupatta. I waited for few days as they told will dispatch it within * - * days. Now it's been more than * months I haven't received the dupatta or refund for the same. I have been repeatedly texting them and they're not responding to any messages.
