I purchased a dress from this Instagram seller who advertised it as Chanderi material. The product delivered is of inferior quality and does not match the description or images shown. Despite raising the issue, the seller is refusing a return or refund and is not responding to calls. The seller has also disabled comments and has multiple similar complaints online. This is a case of misleading advertisement and unfair trade practice.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
