On ** April **** I have place an order on shein having order id*************,but due to lockdown I didn't received my order till **rd of May ****,so i contacted shein customer care regarding this issue. They told me due to lockdown we are not able to deliver. The told me to wait but it took very long time already,and I moved to my home due to the virus pandemic. Then I asked them to change the address for me but they told it is not possible to change the address if once it is shipped. Then on **th May **** I decided to cancel the order and contact customer support for the same. They cancel my order and requested me to wait for * to ** days for the refund,after passing of ** days I still didn't received my refund nor the status of my order show anything regarding the same. I feel like they fooled me. I have waited more than two months for this order now I want to resolve my issues regarding this order but customer service is not picking up my calls anymore. So please take the required action against the shein.in and help me gain my refund.
