I have ordered some items on jio mart on *th of July and i payed through simpl app and my money got debited but due their technical glitch the order was never placed and till date i haven't received my money back to my source account. This is a very awful service by jio mart it has affected me mentally.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
