Flipkart - Didn t receive the refund

I bought a Voltas AC from Flipkart and paid Rs **** for installation, but the air conditioner was defective. I got a new AC from Flipkart and replaced the defective one. I paid the installation fee of Rs **** for the second time, and flipkart customer support informed me over the call that if I upload the payment receipt, I would receive a refund for the installation fee that I had paid twice. I've been trying to contact Flipkart for a few days now, but they haven't responded to my request.
I need your assistance. Thank you.
