Cloviyas - Didn t receive the product even after payment

Sir/Madam, I had ordered two half hand shirts on **-Apr-** from Cloviyas-in.myshopify.com and paid Rs.*** in total. I never received the product, didn't hear back from them after the order was placed.
I just had the final link saved in my phone. FYR,

It's showing the store is unavailable now. Please refund the money as I feel this is a scam!
