I was promised a refund of amount ***rs by their chat support against an order dated **/**/**** at *:**AM. Order ID -************ i was told that i will be refunded the amount after **th feb. Today on **/**/**** I emailed them regarding the refund attaching a screenshot of the conversation and they denied it and told me that they could not compensate me.i have all the necessary screenshots where they are explicitly telling me they are going to refund the amount
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
