Meesho - Didn t receive any refund after returning the product

I have ordered a product in meesho with order number: -***********,I have received this product on Jan *th as the products quality is not good I requested for return of the product, and they have accepted for the return,and I returned the product on Jan *th ,but even after *days the payment or the refund was not done by meesho to my bank account,i raised a complain against this so they told me to wait for *days ,they are arguing that do u have bill ,then only we can give refund ,but that is their mistake not to update it in their app,and they were asking for a proof ,i have a proof of phonepe and delivery products picture eventhough they refused to send me the refund..
