Henry harvin Education - Didn t provide refund

I enrolled for Henry harvin advanced digital marketing course and paid **,*** rupees. They didn't provide me proper classes and I felt something shady and told right after my first class that I need a refund. But they told me wait and see some more classes and then decide whether to quit or not. When I messaged them again after my second class they refused me by saying I am not eligible for refund because it's been more than * days after enrollment. First of all they doesn't have daily classes so I had to wait long for my second class. This is what I get now. They are not even answering my questions and ignoring me. This is so frustrating. They are professional scammers. Please someone bring them to justice.
