Kerala Vision - Didn t got Cable connection

I approached Kerala vision cable operator for cable and broadband connection in Sept ****. He gave broadband connection only and informed cable connection will get within * months. Till now he didn't provided the service. When asked afte ** months he replied arrogantly and carelessly that it wil be done within * weeks and disconnected phone immediately. I complained kerala vision customer care regarding the complaint many times. No proper reply from them and they are saying the operator didn't attend their phone also.
