I have ordered some bags and heels from this instagram store Shopatstella on September *th. While I ordered red bag and black bag they have sent me pink bag and black mini bag... The heels which they sent are of smaller size and also their heels run small... I contacted the store they said they would offer special discount on next purchase which I rejected as I don't use these products and they not what I ordered... I asked them to exchange and they kept on ignoring my messages and didn't take any action for days.. so I asked them to refund my money.... Now they say that it's not their fault and will not refund for heels as they having been using that size chart since year.
