Kiruthika filed complaint against Meesho on May 3, 2021
I had returned * baby shoes on **th Mar **** in SAME parcel. And I got refund for * shoe on **st of Mar, but not for the other one. When I approached escalation team manager thru customer service on **nd of Apr, I was told to share my bank statement till date and I did too.
But, I haven't got the refund yet. When I called up customer care I was told that my Meesho account has been flagged for some reason on **th of Apr, so the amount cannot be refunded.
In actual, i'm asking for the amount which was supposed to be credited on **st of Mar but they are giving reason as account flagged which happened way too later.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
