I didn't get my refund of * products worth rs ***. Company flagged my account by saying that your returns are more than the delivered orders. But if company is delivering wrong products, then how customer will keep the wrong products. He/she has to return or exchange it. If exchange is not possible due to any reasons, then return is there. Now I can't see my account & don't know about the refund amount. Customer service is saying we can't do anything, sorry, your account is flagged. This is not good behaviour with your customers, not trustworthy. That's why other e-commerce companies are so good like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra... Please refund my money back. Thanks.
