Byjus ias - Didn t deliver the service what they promised

While booking the product they said language can be changed at any point of time if do not like , like Hindi to English or vise versa . Once I receive the the product immediately I informed the councelor to change the product he said he will get it done . After few days I followed up with him he said he is looking into this matter again after few days when I asked him he said you need to send an email so I sent him . Again after few days when I called him he said you should have sent within ** days now it’s late but still he will try . Finally it was not done so I ask them to cancel the product but they are saying it’s not possible to cancel and I need to pay the full amount.
