I am wrtting to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by parkroyal holidays in relation to my current booking. I booked a tour package through parkroyal holidays for accommodations at Bangalore and saputara. As per terms and conditions we informed them before ** days in advance but still didn’t get accommodation on our holidays. So I expect a full refund of the amount paid.
