Parkroyal holidays - Compliant Regarding Fraudulent EMI Plan and Misleading Sales Information

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction and misleading information provided by your sales department.

I was informed by your sales team about a plan costing ₹**,*** and was assured that I could opt for EMI at *% interest. Based on this assurance, I agreed to proceed with the plan.

However, after my confirmation, the sales executive took my credit card and swiped an amount of ₹**,*** in a single transaction, stating that the process was completed. After two days, when I checked, I found that the amount was not converted into EMI as promised.

Later, I was instructed by the sales team to manually activate EMI through my banking app. During this process, I clearly noticed that interest was being applied. When I raised this concern, I was assured that they would get it corrected, but no action has been taken so far.

As per the current details of the plan:

This is completely against what was promised to me and appears to be a case of fraud and mis-selling.

The concerned sales person is Ms. Aqsa Shikha Mob no. **********, who is now not responding to my calls despite repeated attempts over the last * days.

I request you to kindly investigate this matter urgently and:

Correct the EMI plan as originally promised (*% interest), or

Reverse the transaction and refund my amount.

I expect a prompt resolution of this issue at the earliest.
