Jabong - Didn't refund my money

Satheeswari filed complaint against Jabong on May 14, 2019

Though I returned my product I didn't get my refund. It's been more than ** days. After emailing them they are saying there are no bank details in the portal in a cool manner. I updated my bank details long ago. They are cheating. After I sent mail and communication they refunded money. But I cannot accept. How can he hold my hard earned money for more than ** days? Will they give their money to customers? I suffered a lot because of frustration.
