Southsarees.com - Didn't recieved what I ordered.

I have not received the product of what I ordered. I have ordered orange saree shown on screen, but they sent the other one of very cheap in quality and doesn't match the colour or rate. I have mailed them but they are not accepting for exchange or refund. They said that tgey will deposit in South sarees wallet so that i can p in future or they will deduct processing charges of ***/-.
