Wrong product delivered. I had ordered "Perfect Orange coloredKhadi Silk Saree" from the website catalog and received red saree. Even after repeated requests to send me the original ordered product it was not send. I had paid Rs. **** for the order. Refund amount Rs. *** was credited to the same company's wallet and not to the original mode of payment asking me to use this amount for new purchase from their site only. The deduction *** Rs charges without having mistake from my side. I have also been asked to return the courier and had to pay *** Rs. charge for the courier. This has made my loss of Rs. *** having no mistake on my end. This is absolutely cheating the customer. This is not the case of exchange / replacement of the product that I had not liked. This is wrong product sent by the vendor. Request the kind intervention.
