Make My Trip - Didn't got refund after bus operator cancelled bus

I have booked ticket from Pune to Dhule for **th Jul **** from makemytrio.com . On the day of journey bus operator called me and informed me about the bus strike on that day and the bus is cancelled. I raised refund request on **rd Jul **** by calling customer care center of makemytrip. After raising complaint I again Called customer care *-* times, each time the call operator told that at end of the day I will get refund , it's been ** days now, I am still waiting for refund or progress status of my complaint.
