Kavita Pimoli filed complaint against Myntra on Mar 12, 2019
I made a transaction of ****.** rupees on ** December **** to shop from Myntra through state bank of India debit card on Phonepe app. I returned * items on * January **** from my account
geetapariharpimoli@gmail.com Order No: *******-*******-******* but I didn't get the refund of three items yet. The details are the following. Rs ***.** Rs ***.*
and Rs ****.**. I called Myntra they said that you will get your refund by **th January ****. But I have not got any of the three refunds yet. It has been more than two months. I am tired of calling Sbi, Phonepe and Myntra for the last two months. Sbi is saying they can't track the transaction using ARN number provided by Myntra. Myntra is saying we have refunded your money. The bank is saying we didn't get the money.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
