Joodeal.com - Didn't get the refund amount

I ordered two sarees through joodeal.com. When I received the product I'm not at all satisfied. I contacted customer care. They asked my ATM card number, the validity of ATM card, CVV number. I shared ATM card number, validity details but I didn't share CVV number. That person said I will cancel your return if you don't share your CVV number. Then I disconnected the call. I sent an email to info@joodeal.com, support@joodeal.com. No response from them. I didn't get refund amount of Rs. ****.
