Paytm Mall - Didn't get refund

I orderd * western wears from Paytm Mall on different dates and I returned it and my returned was accepted and updated as well and said to fill NEET form incase of Cash on Delivery. As I paid Cash on Delivery so I filled the form. They said money will be reflected in my account within ** working days after form is being filled. ** days has been over but I didn't get money yet.
