My mother went to deen dayal upadhyay hospital in morning as she was in fever. Doctors checked properly and wrote medicines . She took those medicines from the counter and consumed as they prescribed. I get to know in the evening when i checked the medicine slip that pcm was written in it but neither she was provided with this medicine (main med. For fever ) from the counter nor was informed about it. With this there was no tick on the prescribed medicine as shown in the uploaded slip.
