This complaint is about time there is written that the test (blood test M* at Deen Dayal hospital, Harinagar)at start from *:** am to **:** but there counter open at *:** and as we already know that in government hospitals usually have crowd but what is the hospital staff do they miss behave with patients and shout.
As a civilian and a patient I also visited at this hospital where I saw these things. I have evidence as well.
