Capital First - Didn't Buy any product with capital first

I didn't Buy any product with capital first , when i cross check with my cibil report, it shows that a loan amount is pending - # ******* , account number , and amount due is **,*** /- , I have been following up with them regarding this , since last * year , but no positive response , when i vist there office they are arguing like i am defaulter, i request them to share on what basis you approved loan , @ Capital first hyderabad office , they are saying document is not available in system , speak to nodal office , when i speak with nodal office they are saying its there privacy not to share documents, Capital first pvt ltd is a fraud company , they approved loan without prior docs and without physical appearance of customer , # Capital first employes are theft and fraud and capital first people too.
