Heerva.in - did not receive what was shown on the site

On *th August ****, I ordered one Digital Printed Black Top With White Plain Palazzo from Heerva.in through online shopping and on **th August ****, I received the package with one of the most pathetic clothing material I have ever come across with. The original photo showed a beautiful kurta with a belted palazzo, whereas, I have received something that is not more horrible than a banner cloth. When I checked the return policy, they asked to complain within ** hours of the delivery. I did mail them with all the details of the return within ** hours and shockingly, did not receive any reply. I have tried all the means to contact the website or their mother and sister sites, there is a dead-end all around. Strangely, there is no working contact number attached to the site and the one that I received in the courier details have a not working number.
