Ameera Shaik filed complaint against Meesho on Feb 5, 2021
Hi Team,
My account at Meesho is suspended. My contact number is "+************" but on the bill the contact number is wrongly printed as "+************". When I spoke to the Customer Executive they gave me the reason of information mismatch. This was not my fault because in the app I can see my number correctly I dont know why my number is printed wrongly in the bill.
I made few orders in Meesho and I received them on Jan **th **** . I have to receive a refund of Rs.**** as I returned most of the products because of reasons like product had foul smell of phenoyl, wrong product delivered, product was not same as descripion, bad quality.
Now am not able to get the refund and my account is also suspended. Please help me to get the refund.
