Jabong.com - Did not receive acknowledgement of return and refurnd not initiated

I have bought a product from Jabong website and since i am not satisfied with the product i chose to return it, then next day they arranged for the pickup and he collected the product, when i asked for the acknowledgment slip,he said i will receive an sms but i havent received any sms for * day,when i raised the complaints to Jabong website they told to wait for some more time. Also the person who has received the product is not attending my calls.

I want the acknowledgement sms and refund as soon as possible
