I raised a return request in meesho app.on *rd october delivery boy from xpressbess took the product but it's didn't show on the app that my parcel picked up.
I called the company and told them about my problem but i didn't get the response.
Now i don't have the product and they are not giving me the refund money
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
