Paytm Mall - Did not get refund Of the order 6538779133

My order no. is **********. I ordered Bosch * kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (WAK*****IN, White) from paytm website on **-**-** and cancelled the order same day after few hours after placing the order but did not get any order cancellation and refund initiation emails. I have called so many times and requested to send order cancellation email sothat my loan of this order can be cancelled but there is no resolution till now. I have had enough doing calls and emails and totally disappointed. I knew that refund initiation take time to reflect in bank account but they can send me order cancellation and refund imitation email sothat bajaj finance can cancel my loan of this order. I want my refund soon. Please help me. Please request you help me.
