Maine ek shirt order ki thi ** sep ko,** ko deliver hui j&k me cstmr k liye...shirt bilkul different thi size n image se...rtrn request daali, to pick area ni tha. So self courier krayi.. Bt courier charges bhi mil gye,margin bhi bt refund ni mila Kitne call kiye cstmr care me,BT prblm solve ni hui refund ki,one month ho gye. Cstmr care wale bhi hold pr na rkh k mute kr dete h or hold pr rkhe rehte h ,call disconnect bhi kr dete h..plz solve my prblm of refund *** rs....***rs.total they

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
