I had purchased philips hair straightener karashine BHS***/** from Myntra. On their product they State that they would take product back if it is defective. I have recieved defective product which turns on straightener some times and most of the times it doesn't turn on the straightener. I have uploaded the pics on Myntra still they have closed my cases asking me to get in touch with philips service center. Why will I invest around **** on a product that requires service from beginning and now they are not responding to my last case where I have requested for call back from supervisor.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
