On **th of April ****, there was a guy "Gangadhar **********" - from Hathway Broadband came to my residence to sell Hathway Broadband. I was interested in the connection so gave him a cheque of Rs **** dated **th April ****. On **th the cabling work was done however, I did not receive the Ultra Smart Hub and the activation of the same.
I had to call the customer support every day to check on the activation and the UltraSmart Box but they keep saying technician will contact you but no luck. Its almost been ** days no response from any of the support team. In the meanwhile, I had requested for disconnection of my old broadband connection trusting Hathway Broadband. My Hathway account which I received as SMS: **********
