Total amount due was cleared on*th Jan **** and a request was made to cancel the Dhani Freedom card subscription as we do not wish use their services, however after multiple requests for cancellation It was not done and now they have charged *** membership fees and ***rs some additional charges. Till date they have not cancelled the card and repeated calls are received to pay the outstanding.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
