Dhani app - Dhani One Freedom Card Inactive Subscription amount paid and EMIs paid

I have been lost around Rs **** from my account since last * months and my one Freedom Card account is still inactive and I am not able to access and not utilizes any amount of credit through any facility as promised by Dhani. Lots of mail forwarded for my issues description but still the support team or any staff can't help or not responded any thing every month my subscription amount deducted for one Freedom credit line but unable to use my account. This company acts like a fraud . My CIBIL got very badly effected due to the amount of EMIs got deducted but not been updated. This people's act like the fraudsters team. I am also going to consumer forum

Kindly request to please arrange to resolve my issues on urgently basis
