I am filing this complaint regarding multiple deposit transactions made to the company, which have not been credited to my account despite all transactions being successfully processed by my bank.
A total of * deposit transactions were made, and all of them are confirmed as successful by my bank. However, none of these deposits have been credited to my account by the company.

Despite providing all necessary evidence including payment screenshots, bank statements, and official confirmation emails from my bank clearly stating that all transactions were successful, the company has failed to credit the deposits to my account.
I have made repeated attempts to resolve this issue by sending over *** emails and making more than *** calls to customer support. However, I have only received repetitive and misleading responses such as “it will be processed,” with no actual resolution. At times, they have wrongly claimed that the funds were not received and asked me to contact my bank, even after I submitted proof confirming successful transactions.
This behavior indicates clear negligence and possible intentional delay in processing my deposits. Due to this, I have suffered a financial loss of ₹*,**,*** along with significant mental stress and harassment.
I request immediate action to ensure that my deposited amount is credited to my account without any further delay or, alternatively, a full refund is issued immediately.
I also request strict action against the company for their unfair and irresponsible practices.
I want to attach all the payment successful screenshots here for your reference but i don’t find an option to attach.
