I stayed in colive kingston, bengaluru from *nd April **** to *st october **** and gave proper notice of a month on September to checkout on month of October. I paid all my dues before checking out including rent of month of September. While checking out colive app showed me the tentative amount I would receive as a deposit which included deduction of * days rent and some additional charges. I checked out after room was properly inspected by the property manager and he gave a go ahead. Today(**th October) I received a mail from Colive Recovery team that I need to pay extra amount of **** since my deposit amount has been exhausted else they would raise legal notice. I replied that I followed all procedures that are mentioned on rental agreement which I signed but they are hell bent on extorting the money. I don't want to lose my deposit.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
