When I moved in to Colive Barwon PG they asked for a deposit which would be refunded within ** days after check out. After living in poor conditions and non existential services I left the PG just as soon as lock-in period ended. Then when enquired about my refund they said that the amount will reflect on their app wallet in ** days and from there I can apply for refund. I was hard as I had to pay deposit un the flat also where I was moving.
Come the **th day, the money reflected in their app wallet but when I applied for refund they put a clause that money would be deposited in my bank account in next ** working days. This was again a delay.
Now after more than ** days I have still not received the refund of my deposit. On their app they do not answer the questions properly or even do not answer at all.
I request Voxya to please help me get my deposit amount from Colive Bangalore.
