I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Parimatch Betting Platform for failure to either credit my betting account or refund my money despite multiple successful UPI transactions.
Transaction Details:
I made the following payments to Parimatch for wallet deposit:
*. ₹**,*** – Date: ** September ****
(UPI transaction successful as per attached screenshot)
*. ₹*,*** – Successful UPI payment (not credited)
*. ₹*** – Successful UPI payment (not credited)
All three payments were successfully debited from my bank account, but none of the amounts were credited to my Parimatch account, nor have they been refunded to date
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
