I made a payment of ₹***.** on * April **** at **:** PM, but the amount has not been credited to my Parimatch account yet.
The payment was made successfully via FamApp, and the status clearly shows “Money paid successfully”.

Even after more than * days, the deposit is still not credited, which is unacceptable.
I have attached the payment screenshot as proof.
I request you to immediately credit the amount to my account or process a refund as soon as possible.
