Pari match betting site - Deposit money not reflected in pari match account

I'm an active Coustomer of Pari Match from past * years, my Account Id is *********.and the issue is I deposited Rs ***** on **/**/**** at *:**Am morning it's debited in my bank account after that I copied UTR code and applied in Payment system it's showed it will take ** minutes to reflect in my account , after some time it's not reflected i contacted support team they told within * hours it will update.But not updated from then till now it's ** days over ,also i have created tickets regarding this issue few times and I keep messaging with support team there no any update from them just telling be patience our billing team is working on it.I got fade up daily keep contacting support team and getting same answer from them.Today **/**/**** my * tickets we resolved without any refund..
