I have deposited **** rs, thereafter they activated bonus offer for free spins. I had used the free spins my money bevame double to ****. I found out I was unable to place bets on casino so I read rules for cancellation of bonus. I talked to customer care to cancel the bonus, till then I had tried to gamble the extra *k which I had won as I thought it would deactivate the bonus. But, surprisingly they accepted my request to cancel bonus and with that took away my remaining *k balance illegally. Thereafter I had tried contacting them *** of times but they are closing all chats without giving any explanations.
