My name is chaitanya choudhar. I have issue regarding deposit ***$ or *****rs. I have send money on ** dec **** but still i didnt get my money. I didnt get any support from your support team. Please credit my deposit as soon as possible

Mistakely i send money from bhim upi so money credited to lakshmiraaavi@ybl this upi id of bhim app.
The reciever of bhim upi id and mobile number i mentioned is same...whos name is shreyas ravindra mhatre...
The mobile number ********** is connect with lakshmiraaavi@ybl upi id.
Please watch video and screen shot below for reference. Please focus on my issue carefully. Your platform is tooo casual to customer. I rating zero to your financial department.
