Hi Team,
I have initiated a transaction of Rs **,*** on **th Feb through IMPS. The amount got debited from my account but it was unsuccessful at their end. I contacted their team via Telegram app and they told to wait for ** working days and I will receive the amount back in my account. Till date, I haven't received the amount.
After reaching out to them multiple times, I tried contacting my bank and they clearly told that the amount was successfully credited to their account.
I have been following up with them from last * month and they only say their experts are working on it. They are not giving any timeline and ETA.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
