I used placed bet on Parimatch till * in the morning on *th April.
I did not do any Withdrawal or any transactions.
But in the evening when I woke up and opened my account, the balance was *. Upon checking further, I found that there was a Withdrawal at **:** on *th April.
I did not authorise or put in any request for Withdrawal or any transaction.
I don’t know how that withdrawal is being done because I haven’t received any money in my account if at all there is any automatic withdrawal process.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
