Chintala Ramakrishna filed complaint against Dafabet on Nov 2, 2024
I, Ramakrishna am using dafabet with user ID Krishna***. Today (**/**/****) at *:** AM, I have attempted deposit in dafabet for *,*** INR but while making payment I have mistakenly sent **,*** INR through phonepe. I have uploaded the screenshot of the payment and submitted UTR( ************)also. The payment was made to Vouchagram India with UPI id ***************@cnrb .Now it is showing as failed. Please deposit my **,*** INR in dafabet account. I'm attaching concerned proofs for your reference. I have already called the dafabet website so many times today but they are always saying my voice is not audible even though I have good network. When I'm calling dafabet the robot can listen if I select withdrawal or deposit to contact representative. The call gets connected after **-** min wait time and then the people repeatedly say the voice is not audible. If your robot can listen to my voice, why can't your people? I'm seriously disappointed with dafabet. I have sent numerous mails all they say is that " they are yet to secure the amount" but my bank says transaction is successful.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
