I am filing this complaint against Dafabet regarding an unresolved deposit issue.

• Status: Debited from my bank account but not credited to my Dafabet wallet nor returned to my bank.
It has been over ** days. My bank has confirmed that the funds were successfully transferred to the payment provider’s bank account.
However, Dafabet support has given contradictory statements — first saying they were “yet to secure the amount,” and later stating the deposit “has not been received.” No clear technical explanation or resolution timeline has been provided.
I request proper tracing of this transaction and immediate resolution. I am ready to provide bank confirmation, UTR/RRN details, and communication records as evidence.
